Tried calling 3 times for pick up at airport, each time no answer. I had to rent a car from a different agency after pre-paying Easirent.

We returned the car at 9:30 am, but no one was there. Called and were told someone would arrive in 10 minutes, but it took 30 minutes, almost causing us to miss our flight!

The car was ok. The pick up was dreadful and slow. The service at the puck up was so slow. I would advise that the cheap price is not worth it. Very vigorous selling of insurance that was factually incorrect

Con men don’t both, very cheap, I had excess insurance so they were pissedoff that I didn’t take out insurance when I dropped it off they found a scrape that was already there but wasn’t on the paper work so had to fork out £400 so they could make money from me. I will very use again and beware
