A good way to rent a car for less money

It took a long time because the counter staff continued to ask for additional insurance.

Not Thrifty's fault but airport construction and a lot of airport traffic made returning the car a pain.

They charged me a higher rate than I agreed to through easyrentcars. When I showed them my prenegotiated rate, they said they would only match it if I could show them a daily rate in my confirmation, which it did not have. It only had a total rate. When I got the car, I noticed that they had not cleaned out snacks left by the previous renters. Finally, after driving off the lot, I noticed damage to the underside of the passenger rear view mirror, which was covered with electrical tape, which blended in well with the car’s black paint. I told Thrifty about this damage, but they wouldn’t tell me if it was pre-existing damage they knew about, or if I needed to do anything to document it. Now I’m worried they will try to charge me for it.

Your service worked great, except for Thrifty changing their price on me at the counter.

Dislike: It would have been better if Canadian dollar would have been on par. 35 % exchange rate that hurts.
