Standard expectations. Nothing special w the car. Everything was okay except the weird 6 level petrol tank rule. Full tank was 8 level. Usually rental car will provide you full tank and in return you do the same. I had to calculate and try to figure out how much petrol to put in to get to 6level of petrol. Ended up gifting extra 25%, returned the car w full tank because it just too much work to go figure out. It’s such a silly thing but so inconvenient. Enjoy the charity petrol.

The pickup and dropoff process was quite fast. The vehicle was a bit old, but the interior was fairly clean. The customer service was very attentive, providing lots of guides on how to park and drive.

Excellent and very convenient. Bought third-party liability waiver, which made driving more reassuring. Gas is very cheap in Malaysia. Returning the car was very simple; just take a photo of the car, leave the keys under the floor mat, and inform the location. QEEQ is very convenient. More rental locations would be even better.

On general everything was alright. But the car fuel wasn't pump full as stated in the agreement. End up we need to find a nearest petrol station to for refueling.
