The contact numbers and pick up details provided were not accurate. I waited a good 1.5 hours and noone came to the arrivals hall. I had to call Easyrentcar and they took around an hour to locate the person dropping the car off.
He was waiting outside the airport and his number was not the same as the one on the booking.
While waiting for this driver, I had other approach me that were offering the same car for half the price. Next time i will just book one from the airport.

The car that we get every things look okay, was pretty good. the only thing that i wasn't accept was one side of the car tire was running flat, and the stuff told me this is normal. i found this is super dangerous, langkawi most of the road is up down hill and when 1 tire running flat is horrible slippery.

Everything was good except that the car was supposed to be for 7+luggage. There is no way to fit the luggage into the tiny space at the back. Luckily there were only 6 if us. We used one of the seats for luggage.

they said it will have a guy holding the name card just outside of the arrival hall, PLEASE do remember to have a phone number in malaysia, or at least have a wifi or using their SIM card there, and get contact by using whatsapp or something like that.
it was a terrible experience that i gave them the flight number and when I go out, no one there, try to find anybody looks like picking up customer, but no use.
need to contact them by phone, and they did come to the airport,but stay outside of it, if just sending whatsapp might cause you a lot of time, but if you don't have a phone, this is the only way you can do, unless you don't need the car.

All 4 tyres is lack of air. When driving to Berjaya hotel through the hill road, I experienced some minor sliding at the corner. It's dangerous. Afterwards, find out all the 4 tyres is ~100psi air pressure. Sea safari should ensure the tyres are in sufficient air before hand over to customer.

I found out that the car involved in a car accident before, and the engine warning light on the dashboard was constantly turned ON.
I was so worried that the car may break down somewhere during the trip, but it didn't. I contacted Sea Safari, and they claimed and assured me that they have the car sent to check and maintenance periodically, and there is nothing to worry.

The car condition could have been better and not really up to my expectation. Especially on the rear tyres are actually quite bold and can be dangerous to drive on a rainy days. I only noticed it on the 2nd day after I pick up the car. The rental company should do a check on the car before renting it out. This could caused accident if it is not properly checked.

Standard expectations. Nothing special w the car. Everything was okay except the weird 6 level petrol tank rule. Full tank was 8 level. Usually rental car will provide you full tank and in return you do the same.
I had to calculate and try to figure out how much petrol to put in to get to 6level of petrol. Ended up gifting extra 25%, returned the car w full tank because it just too much work to go figure out.
It’s such a silly thing but so inconvenient. Enjoy the charity petrol.

Excellent and very convenient. Bought third-party liability waiver, which made driving more reassuring. Gas is very cheap in Malaysia. Overall service was good, but the road tax for the car had expired (the car was not insured), and there was no parking ticket in the car. I reported it to the staff and they said they would deliver the new road tax sticker and parking ticket to my hotel, but it never arrived during my stay in Langkawi. I drove the uninsured car with constant worry for several days.
