Very satisfied, the service attitude was excellent. We needed to return the car in a different location, and despite making a mistake during the booking, they patiently helped us resolve it.

Car had less than 10k km on the clock and ran perfectly. A rotten constant-variable auto gearbox but that's the norm on hire cars.

Good customer service and even offered us an upgrade at free of cost. Easy pick from airport and easy drop off. Highly recommended.

Excellent car condition

Excellent experience with easyrentcars

This car was fairly old and probably should be taken out of service. It has over 150,000 km in it and does not have some of the now basic options of most cars like cruise control, usb plug and backup camera. The car did the job, but felt a bit clunky so I was sometimes scared it would break down on me.
