1. They didn't have the car I booked and gave me a lower category car 2. The person at the counter charged me $280 USD for insurance after being specifically told twice that I don't need it or want it. He said it's for a deposit and charged me. 3. The person at the pickup counter kept asking for all kinds of random documents which I've never had to give in my 10+ years of renting cars all over the world.

The booking seems to go through as a corporate rate booking and the person at the pickup counter wanted proof of my employment!

Picking up a car from Budget at San Francisco Airport is very convenient. Follow the signs to take the Blue Line shuttle train to the rental car center, where you can see all the rental companies. When handling the rental paperwork, submit the driver's licenses and translation documents for all drivers, as well as a credit card for each driver. The rental cost was almost the same as what I booked on QEEQ. You just need to print out the order, sign it, and you’re good to go. The staff at the counter will give you a slip with the car’s parking location. Check the car for any issues and drive off. It’s much more convenient than renting a car in China.

The car rental location at Maui Airport is quite far, but there's a shuttle bus. When there are more customers, they open more counters. I had to wait about fifteen minutes. They asked us a few questions and if I didn't mind a two-door car. Very considerate and quick service.

Car was not Fusion. Substituted mid Suv . Worked out fine. Never got final bill. Believe amt charged was notbsamevas reservation made w Easy.

Not sure got same rate as reserved. Pls compare.

Frustrating to choose a mustang or something similar and budget didn't have anything in that class. I walked past 5 mustangs in the lot
