Long wait time for shuttle

Absolutely disgusting experience, the car's tires repeatedly had problems during the trip, leaking air. Requested a vehicle replacement but they refused. I was told that the repair costs could be reimbursed, but it's been a month since I returned home and no one has handled this issue. Contacting Zuzuche didn't help either, as they kept delaying. Still no compensation.

They gave me an upgrade, which was great. The Lyft experience to the location was a hassle, but that's an LAX issue. Otherwise, the experience was great.

I love the car I got. It was clean. It came with car changer, umbrella, and phone holder. The customer service was nice. If I come back to Lax I am going to Yesaway. Thank you for everything.
