I was very satisfied with this self-drive car rental experience. National Car Rental provided efficient and considerate service. When I returned the car, I mistakenly parked at the domestic departure terminal instead of the international terminal. Despite communication barriers and unfamiliarity with the roads, their staff patiently came to my location and reassured me with 'No problem'. This made the rental experience exceptionally good.

It was a little hard to find. The car had plenty of scratches and dents but the agents marked them down - even the smallest ones.

Great prices. Much cheaper than booking directly by 25-30%. Really Good support when I wanted to extend the rental. Prompt & efficient.

I waited for 30-40mins for my car at airport. There were only two other family for car rental besides me and the counter staff forgot to inform their guy to send me the car. How hard was it to call their guy to bring a car while I waited at the exit they told me to wait at ? Wasted a lot of my time and I couldn't carry on with my activity of the day even I was the first one to rush out from my flight to immigration. Plans being destroyed over waiting for my car

The staff at the desk in Phuket airport were efficient. The only problem I had was where in the car park Iwas supposed to meet their guy to hand the car over. A similar problem occurred when dropping the car off. The collection and return was the only problem that I had with National. The car was just what I expected.

Easy booking and paying online. Once I had the voucher I had no need to contact Easyrentcars.com.

Everything was great alsrt from the picking uo spot as it was actaully a confusing walk from domestic hall.
