Could had been more accommodating and not charged me, when this situation was not under my control

From the time my family entered the Routes building until I was able to drive away in my rental. It was close to 2 hours. The customer service was awful. It was like renting from the DMV. Pay the few extra dollars and rent from a better agency. I would never recommend them.

Hi, it was the first time that I was told by any car rental company that they would not take the car insurance on a credit card. I heard that in Mexico, but never in US.

The Kia rental didn't have spare tire. The tire blew while driving on 95 North in Florida with no low air pressure warning. We had to get tow truck to tow to tire shop to replace tire. We missed flight by 5 minutes and it cost us $500 dollars since Routes didn't provide shuttle as promised to us in timely manner and shouldn't have trusted Routes personal. Instead of relying on shuffle I should have booked Lyft or Uber

I signed in first but another guy was taken ahead of us....then he had trouble with his Ins. So that was the only thing ....took an extra 20 min.

Like: I like everything from the service and the car itself. Makes me want to get one of my own.
