Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.

“Great Rental Experience!!!”

We reserved a Jeep Wrangler (or similar) and we’re pleased to get the Jeep as requested. The staff at pick up and drop were quick and efficient. This is my second time renting from them and will definitely do it again. The price could not be beat!

Hi, it was the first time that I was told by any car rental company that they would not take the car insurance on a credit card. I heard that in Mexico, but never in US.

Everything was perfect except for one thing: The windshield wiper fluid ran out after just a few sprays of fluid. During one drive a bunch of insects hit the windshield and there was not enough fluid to clean it off. I had to stop at a gas station and do it myself.
