You need more staff! We waited about an hour and a half to pick up our car. That is unacceptable.

The car I got was better than expected. Instead of Toyota Corolla I got a Kia Forte, very roomy.

I love using easyrentcars. I never have a problem. no problem cancelling if necessary.

I have to say...one of the best experiences with a rental company....The agent that assisted in my rental was exemplary. He was informative, courteous and added to my overall vacation satisfaction...thanks so much. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will use again in my future visits.

Need more shuttles for pick up at airport and some more counter agents.

Staff not friendly, can’t tell the difference between white and grey colours. Staff slow to give service. No compilation for waiting for waiting a total of 2 hours for shuttle.

Like: Route were very professional from the point of picking us up from airport till dropping us off. They didn't try to up sell rather asked if i want an upgrade for free, car was clean and everything worked out well. Will use them again in future.
