Great car just allow a bit of extra time for pick up and drop off.

I couldn't even complete the reservation. They make me wait 15-20 minutes for assistance because they didn't have system. When they finally assist me wanted to charge me for the deductibles[$450] because I brought my own insurance. I canceled my reservation because of the bad service at the counter from the employee

I do not understand why you even offered a car with a broken driver seat adjustment. You should only rent cars that are 100%.

A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again. I don't know what Green Motion is. I rented through Economy and they were great. My ratings above are for them.
