I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE EASYRENTCARS.COM EVEN IF THE RENTAL IS HALF THE COST

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

Saw a bunch of negative feedback so was worried but the process was easy and quick. Showed them my ID and insurance card and just waited for my car. I had a 2019 Durango and it was clean and in great condition

Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.

The vehicle delivered was no comparison to what I wanted - They pushed an off the road jeep on us that we drove just down the block and it was the most horrible ride..We turned right around and they put us in a Kia Forte which was a lot better. It drove great and got good gas mileage

The process to pick it up was terrible nobody new anything I had to call several times, then coming back they told me 15 minutes for a shuttle I way 45 minutes plus.
