Constant upselling of full insurance, fuel service, etc. Renting a baby seat on-site was 30% more expensive than the app estimate. No Chinese service. Instructions to take the shuttle bus to the rental point were unclear and difficult to find.

Bargain Car Rentals were excellent. The staff were helpful and efficient. The pick up/drop off to and from the airport was smooth and prompt. The price was competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I will hire a car again from them.

The staff at the counter on pick up were lovely and so helpful. We had trouble working the GPS so they came out and tried a new cord but we still couldn't get it to go so they came out again and showed us a few things on it to make it easier.
