It turned out well

Expected a newer car but fine and was pleased with luggage space. Avis representative at Orlando gave the impression he didn’t want to be there.

Good service. Will use again.

We were supposed to get a saloon car but they didn't have one so we had to make do with large pick up truck. We told them we wanted a car or even a SUV but they wouldn't entertain us. The girl at Avis was very unhelpful. We managed to go to Avis office in Kissimmee the following evening and they exchanged the truck for a saloon car. However the saloon car then became faulty with all electrics closing down. So no blinkers and nothing showing on dashboard. Very frightening. We had to go back again the next day and eventually got a small SUV. Terrible service from Avis at MCO.

Good service. At Miami Airport AVIS rental counter, there was only one person ahead of me. No waiting in line, and the paperwork was done in 10 minutes. Other companies had long queues, likely taking over an hour to complete.

El coche necesita alineación en su dirección . Se va hacia la izquierda cuando no se tiene el volante . Además hay que cambiarle la goma en el limpiador de atrás .

Cuando quise cambiar la hora de recogida me dijeron que no se podía . Llamé a avis y me dijeron que no había problema . Que ellos garantizan la reserva hasta 24 horas después de la recogida original .
