Easy Peasy

The service at the pickup point was extremely poor, they gave us a hard time and didn't allow us to inspect the car.

The pickup point is a 5-minute drive from the airport. After arriving at the airport, we called the car rental company, and they asked us to wait in the airport waiting area for a shuttle. The customer service does not speak Chinese, but their attitude was good. The translation document that worked in the North Island was not accepted here on the South Island at Apex, causing a lot of inconvenience.

The staff was very impatient during pickup. We wanted to inspect the car for damage, but they kept urging us to sign. Very bad attitude.

Arriving at the car rental company went smoothly. QEEQ messed up all the information, but the rental company still gave us the car. Very grateful for that.

The staff at both pick up and drop off locations were very helpful. The drop off was made so easy as we were instructed to just park at the Bluebridge terminal and hand the keys to the terminal staff
