Excellent

After returning the car, I was charged R464.80 without any explanation of the fees. I only found out from my credit card statement, as the rental company did not notify me via email or other means.

On the first day, after passing through an unavoidable muddy pothole, the car's mudguard fell off while driving. The company assisted with a replacement car without any hassle! Unfortunately, at the time of the replacement and when returning the car after a week-long trip, they did not inform me of any subsequent charges. Fortunately, the repair cost was just over 3,000 TWD, and the rental platform fully reimbursed me!

We didn't have to wait much when renting the car; even though our English was not great, communication was slow but the lady who attended to us was very patient and nice.

The guy at the collection point was not super friendly and helpful and took his time - understand it was late but they knew we were coming... The car was a bit smelly when we arrived and our requests were all ignored. Overall, it was ok but not the easiest car for the CT roads that are rather hilly.

Smooth process - nothing to complain about.

We still have a problem with Europcar. After returning the car, they claim that they noticed a dent in the car. This was not the case. We returned the car without additional dents. The car had several dents when we received it.
