Were given a free upgrade which was great and the counter staff helped to clear the car of snow. The car was in good condition throughout. The only downside was that someone had obviously been sick in the car at some point and it hadn't been fully cleaned out, so it stank for the whole trip.

When I picked the car up the lady in the office and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. I think it was a bit cheeky to charge me a "one-way" fee for returning a Swedish registered car to Sweden from Norway - but - c'est la vie....
