Like: Efficient and polite staff; vehicle is new and in excellent condition
Dislike: It would be much better for the contract printed in bilingual, i.e. French and English as we are unable to understand French. Confusion may offer due to communication problems.

The staff was very patient. The originally reserved GLA was unavailable, so they recommended an equivalent X2 and also provided options such as XC60 and GLC for comparison. They also helped double-check the insurance options.

“Beware of europcar car sizes will try and give you a smaller car than you booked”

Try to give me a smaller car than I booked and were only interested in selling me an upgrade. Took nearly an hour of arguing to get a car big enough. Terrible customer service
