Convenient shuttle service, just a 3-minute ride to the store with hardly any waiting time. They upgraded us for free to a Nissan X-Trail with only 80,000 km. They don't proactively provide a phone holder, but if you ask, they offer it for free and let you choose your preferred one.

I don't understand why QEEQ partners with this car rental company. Check the reviews on Google; they are seriously discriminatory against Asians. Our experience was terrifying. Although the staff we encountered were not severely discriminatory, they were extremely slow. It took over an hour to process, and even though we had already paid in full, they attempted to charge us again. We had to find another staff member to confirm our payment. Additionally, they aggressively pushed insurance, even though we had already bought comprehensive coverage. Overall, it was a horrifying experience.

The pickup point is a 5-minute drive from the airport. After arriving at the airport, we called the car rental company, and they asked us to wait in the airport waiting area for a shuttle. The customer service does not speak Chinese, but their attitude was good. The translation document that worked in the North Island was not accepted here on the South Island at Apex, causing a lot of inconvenience.

Got an 2016 imax in good conditions (about 100,000km). No automatic doors or automatic headlights though. The boot space is huge and easily fit luggage for big group.
