Returned car around 3:30 am on 11/Jan, terminal C, MCO. No officer to receive the vehicle, dropped the key to the officer at the counter. Was charged today a total of 359 US$ although returned car on dull tank with no damage, yet the insurance has 0 excess deductible. Very hard to contact budget for the over charge incurred. Please advise.

The time we had to queue was nearly the time we spent flying from Atlanta to Mco ! But the counter staff was excellent and accommodated us very well we all aspects of pick-up. No complaints.

I returned the car and there was no one to close the contract. They made a mistake and they extended the contract for 20 days and they charged me for that mistake. I had to call my bank to sort it out. I will never book a vehicle from them!

I had reserved a convertible mustang but they did not have any convertibles. Then waited 30 mins to get alternative car.
