We purchased full insurance, but when the windshield had a small crack, they still required us to go to the police station to file a report ourselves. We had to pay an additional 420 Dirhams for the report, making the full insurance essentially useless. Furthermore, the staff had a bad attitude and provided incorrect information about the police station. While we were rushing to catch a flight, we had to visit two police stations during heavy traffic because the rental company staff were unprofessional and failed to provide the correct procedure. Different return branches were also passing the responsibility around, blaming each other! The overall experience was terrible! By far the worst I've ever had!

They provided a JAC vehicle, which was really difficult to drive.

The car was brand new, but the engine was not good. Do not choose domestic cars. The engine suddenly stalled on the highway which was terrifying. Additionally, the deposit is held for a month before it's returned. Extra rental days are extremely expensive. Not recommended.

The actual car model did not match the booking, the vehicle was downgraded but the price could not be adjusted. The in-store operations were slow, and the wait time for pickup was too long.
