The customer service and shuttle drivers were excellent and helpful. There was some confusion on my pick up point as they were under the thought my flight was a domestic one, but they contacted me, rearranged pick up, and gave me easy, specific directions on where to meet the driver. Overall very pleased with the service.

We had our choice of models, but we went with the Mitsubishi - wrong choice - horrendous auto. But, we got to choose, so just bad selection. The car was nice and modern and did the job. The people at Apex were brilliant

The service was amazing and professional. The shuttle bus picked us up and dropped us off right where we needed to be. The car was clean , modern and great to drive.
