This is my second time renting from this specific location. I actually went out of my way to use this office instead of a closer one because the customer service here is always amazing. The manager is wonderfully accommodating, friendly and makes the pick up and drop off process a complete breeze. Definitely my favourite location for car hires in Pasadena / LA area.

The waiting time was too long. I waited for almost an hour. The staff were very slow, and they even gave me a car that already had someone in it. I had to go back and switch to another one.

Good counter service but vehicle not where it was supposed to be and when found it needed refuelling which was disappointing as we wanted to get away whilst still light. Overall delay about 20 minutes but staff were helpful throughout.
