Drove approx 1000km great trip

There were 6 customers picking up cars at the same time as us, and everything was arranged in order of pickup time. There's a place to relax inside.

Absolutely avoid renting from this terrible company, run by Indians. They look for any excuse to deduct your deposit during car return. I was completely ripped off; they charged me 495 AUD for a tiny dent, likely caused by a small stone, even though the paint wasn't damaged. I didn't have time to argue as I needed to catch a flight. In summary, never rent from this Indian company again.

The staff were great actually. I had to make two different reservations with the first being for 2 days before the second reservation. They were able to combine the two so I didn't have to come back after the first reservation. Everything went smooth and that is how I like it.
