The wait was ridiculous....over 1 hour to compete the paperwork...will probably never use Fox again. Numerous surprises with the gas scenario and tolls.

Great car....better than I hoped. Took too long waiting to pick up the car after the agreements had been signed...40 minutes or so. And, the agent with whom contacts were signed was told that additional insurance wasn't wanted but still it got added. Customer service quickly sorted the issue out though...very happy with speed of response. Would have been nice to have been shown how to use cruise control and open gas tank. There was no information whether diesel or gas car. I had to guess. Why no sticker by car tank?

No I didn't receive the jeep that was made with our reservation. The line was horrible and they only had 7 vehicles left when we got there. They said it didn't matter if we all had reservations or not and that their policy is first come first serve. It was the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. I will NOT ever or refer Fox Rental to anyone!!!!!
