Simple and convenient, almost no preparation needed for self-service car pickup.

Alamo and National share the same location, and the cars are interchangeable. At the self-service kiosk, you can print the contract in about 5 minutes, then take it and choose your car. We rented a luxury car and initially saw only a Volvo S80, which was nice but we were expecting something like a Cadillac. We asked the staff, and they kindly checked for us, eventually bringing out a freshly cleaned Infiniti QX60. It turned out to be perfect for long trips over the two weeks.

Very good. The front desk was very efficient, and there were no additional insurance sales. The car was nice as well, with a variety of vehicles to choose from. Highly recommended.

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!

I couldn’t use my own insurance.So I should had deal with new insurance on counter.
