From the airport shuttle to the in-store service, everything was quick and convenient. The staff were friendly and there was no hard sell on extra insurance. The range of vehicles was extensive and new. I chose a DODGE SUV with only 1250 miles on it. Highly recommended rental company.

Picking up and returning the car was extremely convenient! Pickup took 10 minutes, and return just 1 minute!

Even though we had booked full insurance and added extra coverage, the staff secretly added another insurance without informing us! Since they didn't ask us, we signed without looking at the bill, and only got a deduction notification after leaving! This is so shady!

Waited an hour to pick up the car. They had a Grand Cherokee but didn't let us use it. In the end, we got a Cherokee.
