High service efficiency. However, at some small airports, we had to switch cars and ended up being downgraded. There were upgraded cars available, but they stayed in those cars with air conditioning on instead of giving them to us.

The service from the Americans was fine, but the waiting time for the car was a bit long. The car model specified in the app doesn't really match the one you get at the store. The store assigns cars based on their class, not the model. So, I booked a Chrysler 300C but ended up with a Premium Car category, with three or four options but not the model I wanted. I eventually got a Mustang. The app didn't provide the car I wanted, which is frustrating!

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.
