Our language skills are not very good, but the gentleman handling the car rental was very patient. If we didn’t understand something, he would explain it in a different way. We had 3 large suitcases and initially rented a Q3. He pointed out that the suitcases might not fit, so we switched to a Q5, and everything worked perfectly.

Everything is self-service, free GPS is provided but we recommend using Google for more reliability.

At Los Angeles Airport, you need to take the Alamo shuttle bus, which takes about ten minutes. The process went smoothly, although immigration took a bit longer. The car rental procedure was easy and you could choose from cars in the same category. Luckily, after some deliberation, we chose a GMC SUV instead of the originally booked Grand Cherokee. Returning the car in Salt Lake City was super convenient. Follow the Rental Car Return signs at the airport, park the car, and an employee will scan the vehicle with a handheld device, and that's it!

The number of airport shuttles is relatively fewer compared to other companies, but everything else is great. The self-service kiosk for picking up the car is very convenient.

The service was great! Plenty of cars! However, I did not get the Grand Cherokee I reserved. Clearly, it was available but they didn't give it to me! This is really unacceptable.
