Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

Salt Lake City Airport wasn't crowded; Alamo had relatively more people, unlike Hertz which had none. Overall, the efficiency was decent—waiting in line and picking up the car took about half an hour.
