There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!

Convenient shuttle service, the process from registration, payment to car pickup was simple. However, the lack of Chinese service slightly reduced the overall quality. I noticed that quite a few Chinese people rent cars, so I suggest that Zuzuche recommend Alamo to set up a Chinese service counter or increase Chinese contracts, which would make it perfect.

Our flight arrived on time and we had a very small wait for the transport bus at LAX to take us to the rental area. We were processed quickly and given our choice of cars which is one of the main reasons we have chosen Alamo for our past few trips. Everything was explained well and we were on our way within a few minutes.

Booking was straight forward and easy. The price didn't change and to be honest I didn't bother comparing so don't know if that worked. Simple to use.
