Overall very satisfied.

There were some minor issues at the time of pickup. The reserved Grand Cherokee was not provided; the staff mentioned that in the US, the Grand Cherokee comes with navigation, and we needed to pay to upgrade. The models offered were all compact SUVs, which did not match my reservation. After some back and forth, a staff member kindly brought us a Grand Cherokee, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable trip in the US.

Although it is not inside the airport, both picking up and returning the car are very convenient.

Self-service car rental eliminates waiting in line.

There were many people, but the self-service machines made the process quite simple.
