The service attitude is excellent, and the location is easy to find. The return location is not far from the airport, and they even offer a ride to the airport. Very good.

Hertz and QEEQ did not coordinate well! QEEQ's pickup form did not allow me to get the car. After spending two and a half hours, Hertz saw we had elderly and children, so they gave us a car first and then coordinated with QEEQ. However, the car they gave us was not the Toyota I rented. Overall, very unsatisfied.

When picking up the car, there was no detailed explanation about extra charges for returning the car late. Additionally, there was no SMS reminder about the return time or late fees. My earphones were left in the car, and there was no notification about it. While returning the car, we were frequently urged to go to the airport to pay for the overtime, which caused our personal items to be left in the car. My Apple earphones were in a small box in the car, but no one contacted me by phone or SMS, and I haven't heard anything even after returning home. I strongly demand compensation for the loss!!!

It's right inside the airport, but it's a very small counter. I was very disappointed to rent a 100,000 km old model car. I can't believe HERTZ still has such an old car. Everything else was good. I don't recommend renting the JAZZ, it's uncomfortable for long drives and not ergonomic at all.
