The pictures and the actual vehicle were wildly different. It was a bait and switch. I requested a large SUV, but got nothing close.

Very high overall satisfaction. Since it's a self-service pick-up, it saved us from dealing with store staff, and we didn't need to argue about insurance fees. The car was in good condition with a wide selection available, even during the peak season when we rented. Kudos to them.
