He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. Simple and efficient, attentive service

Too few airport shuttle buses to pick up and drop off customers. Waited 15 minutes at Los Angeles airport for the bus to arrive, while other companies had more buses. After returning the car in San Francisco, there was no shuttle bus available at all.
