Overall it's okay, this is my third time using Dollar. Pros: It's cheap and the car condition is decent (Hertz is better but more expensive). Friendly reminder: If you're renting without a US ID, you need to buy third-party insurance. On the platform, you can just buy the basic third-party insurance because the staff in the US will almost enforcefully upsell their road assistance (personal experience: even if you buy the full insurance package on the platform, they'll still try to sell you their insurance). The advantage of buying their upsold insurance is that you can freely choose your car (same class), but if you don't accept it, your vehicle will be fixed (based on experiences in Los Angeles and Orlando; unsure about other places).
