The self-service pickup is quite convenient.

The service attitude was quite average. During the process, the staff kept talking on their mobile phones and were constantly trying to upsell me to upgrade the car model. Although the rental company claimed to provide a car similar to the Grand Cherokee, that was not possible in the US. Upgrading to a Grand Cherokee required an additional cost, and I ended up with a Hyundai Santa Fe. If I wanted a Grand Cherokee, it would have cost an extra $30/day. A friend of mine, who followed the same route but arrived at a different time, was quoted $50/day for the upgrade. I arrived at the rental location at around noon in Los Angeles, and there were very few car options available. Most of the available cars were small SUVs with over 20,000 miles on them. The Santa Fe could hold four 26-inch suitcases. Overall, the car rental experience was very average and not very satisfactory.

Self-service for picking up, quick return process, excellent service

After getting off the plane, I was worried about not finding the store, but it was actually very easy to locate. The car was in great condition. I was concerned about finding a gas station, so I opted for the 'full tank' option, which wasn't very expensive. I can't remember the exact amount. Returning the car was also very convenient.

Booked a mid-to-large SUV like Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only had a Jeep Compass available. There were downgrades without price reductions and a lot of upselling, such as paying extra for upgrades, adding GPS, and extra insurance.
