The efficiency at Alamo's store for picking up and exchanging cars is quite high, the procedures are simple and standardized, which is something domestic car rental companies could learn from.

I am very satisfied with the condition of the car. It was a new vehicle with only 10,000 kilometers, very clean and easy to drive. Returning the car was also very convenient. However, I'm a bit disappointed with one of the staff members, an American lady, who recommended an upgrade to a different model. After we declined, she became impatient and had a poor attitude. Additionally, the wait time was a bit long, probably due to the peak season in July. I'm not sure if the Jeep Cherokee we got is of the same class as the Santa Fe we had originally booked.
