The pick-up and drop-off process was fairly quick. They did try to sell various types of insurance, but we didn't need them so they didn't insist further.

I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.

It was a very quick process during the pick up as I didn’t need to wait in line for service, everything was done through the computer, I liked the freedom of choosing our car as we were able to spend time looking at the car and deciding which car to pick at our own pace.

Booking was very clear and easy to understand, the price drop didn’t really work for us as the price didn’t drop although the price of our rental was cheap anyways.
