Self-service car pickup is very convenient.

There were some minor issues at the time of pickup. The reserved Grand Cherokee was not provided; the staff mentioned that in the US, the Grand Cherokee comes with navigation, and we needed to pay to upgrade. The models offered were all compact SUVs, which did not match my reservation. After some back and forth, a staff member kindly brought us a Grand Cherokee, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable trip in the US.

The self-service rental machine is very easy to use and convenient, saving the trouble at the counter.

Picked up the car from the kiosk, very convenient and fast! Purchased CDW and EP during the rental, there was a 50cm crack on the windshield when returning the car, no need to pay, return was done in a minute.

Like: Easy to access and choose our rental car!
Dislike: When we got the rental car, the car was washed but not dry...still wet outside the car!
