If it's not self-service pickup, the staff will try to sell insurance and have a bad attitude if you refuse to buy.

The company is good, but there was a bit of confusion at the counter. They kept saying I hadn't purchased insurance along with the car rental and were urging me to buy insurance for $5 a day. I was sure I had already bought it, but in a rush, I ended up buying it. Just something to be aware of.

I was forced to purchase an extended protection plan for $100.55 and was deceived into thinking it was mandatory in California.
