I noticed it the first time and asked them to remove it. The second time, due to an argument about the car model, I didn’t check carefully and only discovered it after leaving San Francisco. They gave me a Nissan Armada, which is significantly smaller than a Suburban. When I asked the manager if we could switch because we had too much luggage, the response was a firm no. I asked if we could get a Suburban or if she could check other stores or the airport; she said she already had and there were none available in San Francisco. The attitude was terrible and completely changed my opinion of Dollar! I will never use this car rental company again!
