Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

Extremely satisfied! The pick-up and drop-off speed was super fast, the procedures were simple, the car was very new with only 12,000 miles, the price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The whole process took just 5 minutes.
