Average experience. They provided a different car without informing in advance. Service attitude was poor and there was no sense of customer service.

Found the rear bumper damaged when picking up the car; they quickly replaced it with another vehicle. Returning the car took less than 5 minutes!

I have rented cars from this company through your website twice before and had good experiences. However, this time the service was very poor. On August 10th, I was notified at San Francisco Airport that my reservation had been canceled. Since my English isn't good, I insisted on them checking again, and they found it was not canceled. On August 24th, when picking up the car at New York JFK Airport, I was asked for my international driver's license along with my Chinese driver's license, which they had never asked for before, so I didn't have it with me. Their attitude was very unfriendly. Fortunately, my wife had hers with her, so we were able to get the car.

They should have more variety of cars

Like: I only drive locally for 37 miles so for half day use, it was a good value. The rate quoted was honored and checkin and rental experience was both very positive. Will rent again.
