The staff was very attentive and answered all our questions thoroughly. However, the previous customers had a lot of questions, so we waited half an hour for our turn.

The car provided was very different from the one we reserved.

I had to extend my car for 1 week. As per there agreement the changes were £16.2 per day. So it should be £113.4 but they deducted £256.83. I am trying to contact them by customer care, waited for 40min no reply. Email them. No reply yet. Poor customer service.

The car I booked was not available, even though there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS because of the coronavirus. And most other suitable cars were NOT AVAILABLE. Finally we were given a Ford Focus which was covered in scratches and damage. This was not a problem for me but led to some misunderstanding when I returned the car.
