Cheap but rip of fees

The store was very busy when I went to pick up the car, but it was well managed and the staff were very friendly. By the time I got to pick up my car, the originally booked model was no longer available. After negotiating, the store manager upgraded me to a Porsche Cayenne for a small additional fee. After returning the car, I carelessly left my wallet in the car. Even though the staff had finished work, they delivered it to my hotel at around 11 PM and firmly refused to accept any service fee. Encountering such a good company and warm service in a foreign country, along with the beautiful scenery of Australia, made it all very worth it. I strongly recommend Aucar.

The wait time to pick up the car was extremely long. The car was in poor condition, the tires were misaligned, and it was not given to us with a full tank, making refueling very inconvenient when returning the car.

Car was very dirty. Milleage are very high around 160K It quite stressful to drive, No comfort at all. The steering you need to hold tight all the time otherwise it will bring you to hell.

location a bit far from airport but provide pickup and drop off. stuff was helpful and friendly. when pick up car have a minor issue, on the spot solve it. good. overall good to excellence.

fully refund 24 hours before pick up time it's really good service for us. very flexible.
