The staff at East Coast's branch said my license had expired because under the validity section on the original license, it stated '2022/9/1 to Long-term.' They only saw '2022/9/1' and said my license had expired. I explained that the Chinese text after that means 'long term,' and the Zuzuche translation document stated: 'Valid Until: Permanent. This document is long-term valid.' The staff said that it was not acceptable and insisted, pointing to the original document, that I prove my license hadn't expired. I suggested we use Google Translate. Using Google visual translation, it directly translated to 'long term,' and then they handed me the car. I'd like to know if this issue lies with Zuzuche or the branch. Please provide an official response.

The car pickup location is far from Perth Airport, but they provide shuttle service. However, there are no signs at the waiting area of the airport, making it difficult to know where to wait for the shuttle. Other European guests also had complaints.

My phone fell from jacket pocket in the shuttle bus. I didn't discover missing until after airport security. I rand East West and they made a special trip back to the airport drop zone to return it .
