Fast service, fewer people, no upselling.

So far, I'm satisfied. Not sure if there will be any fines later, though. Haha.

The service attitude was very good, the procedures were handled quickly, and we could choose the car ourselves. We were able to get a Jeep with less than 10,000 kilometers, which was great.

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.

The car was received with a lot of scratch marks and the personel in attendance didn't seem to care. Took photos myself for future reference. On my way to the hotel after a 26 hour trip I realized that the car were only half full. Again took photos for my reference. Received an additional bill of $141,67 after my trip which are unexplained and cannot be for gas alone. Await reply. Very average experience and will think twice before using Alamo again.
