Fairly standard, in line with the company's reputation

The staff was very friendly, the pickup process was smooth, and there was no upselling.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and quick, and there weren't too many people. However, after returning the car, a charge was made to my credit card. After checking with the bank, I found out it might be for using toll highways. But there was no information or notification about this charge, it just appeared out of nowhere. They should inform us about the reason, provide the detailed bill, and then give us a receipt or invoice!

First time using this company, the service was pretty good, the car options were even better than my customized selection
