Received a free upgrade to a Grand Cherokee. The car is spacious, with a large fuel tank. Used up half a tank of gas over three days. Returning the car at Salt Lake City Airport was very convenient, as there was a gas station nearby.

The lady at the pickup service was very nice and even upgraded our car for free (mainly because the original car would take time to be ready, and she was kind enough not to make us wait too long). Initially, there was an attempt to sell us insurance, but when we said no, they did not push further.

The receptionist had a poker face and directly charged my card over $100, not as a deposit but as an expense. I thought it was for the deposit so I gave him my card. When I asked about it, he reluctantly explained it was for the no-full-tank return fee. I insisted that I would return the car with a full tank, but decided not to waste time arguing and just let it go. The most annoying part was that he didn't even mention it before charging me. Thankfully, the rental app had informed me about all other potential fees in advance, so I didn't incur any unexpected costs.

Waited for roadside assistance for 6 hours, shivering in the cold.
